PRODUCTION
VER-MEC activity, focuses mainly on Automotive, Truck and Information Technology application, developing production processes through the following production lines:
- Internal design and construction of tool and equipment
- Cold stamping of sheet metal
- Welding and assembly
- Laser cutting and prototyping
TOOL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Thanks to its almost 50 years of activity, VER-MEC is able to internally manage each phase of tool construction, from the analysis of technical feasibility, to design, production and maintenance over time.
VER-MEC is able to create block and progressive molds as well as the construction of production jigs able to satisfy the requests of its customers.
QUALITY
VER-MEC is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified.
The company has a metrology room equipped with both traditional equipment and a 3D measuring machine.
The quality office is able to provide complete PSW documentation and PPAL LEV.3 sampling.
In addition, all stages of production are subject to constant checks by line quality personnel and self-checks by machine operators with appropriate records.
